In 2020, the District of Columbia’s Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) issued new regulations related to petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs). All USTs greater than 30 years old need to be removed from the ground by February 21, 2025.

HP Environmental is now offering analytical services to meet the new regulations announced by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) under General Chapter 797.  HPE can assist clients with laboratory analysis, incubations, and media and supplies to meet the new regulations and requirements.
